Meet Phyllis

Waterfront & Bayberry Point Specialist! I was fortunate to have lived on West Bayberry Road, Islip, where my family designed, built and lived in 3 homes on the open bay for over 30 years. I have worked on the South Shore, primarily Brightwaters & Islip, also the Gold Coast, Fire Island and over a decade in the Hamptons.
 
I have over 20 years experience in worldwide villa rentals, mostly in Italy, France and the Caribbean. If you’d like to rent a villa please contact me! I have worked with many high-end clients and celebrities throughout the world as well as those on a budget. It’s a great experience for your vacation, family reunion or to feel at home anywhere in the world.

I also have bands available for your celebrations as well as expertise in planning for special occasions. I managed the band “Europa” in the Hamptons for 7 years and my photographs have been published in Hamptons Magazine, Dan’s Papers, The East Hampton Star, Blues Revue, etc. Radio Europa

Meet Andressa

Andressa Costa is a Brazilian model (Wilhelmina Agency), fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. She’s the face of Bobbi Brown’s Jones Road cosmetics and has recently expanded into real estate. Andressa lives in Sag Harbor, where she runs her own oyster catering business, Oyster Bliss, providing a boutique experience at high-end events in the Hamptons. A passionate equestrian since age nine, she shares her life with her husband, son, and rescue dog.
